ST. LOUIS OFFICERS CAUGHT WALKING AWAY FROM DYING GUNSHOT VICTIM THAT WAS SHOT IN THE HEAD💔
This one right here is hard to even believe, but it’s all on camera. Two St. Louis police officers straight-up walked away from a gunshot victim who was still breathing because, apparently, they didn’t want to deal with the call. Let that sink in.
The incident went down on September 10, 2023, after a 911 call from a man, Urayoan Rodriguez-Rivera, saying he planned to take his own life. Officers Austin Fraser and Ty Warren responded, but instead of stepping up, the footage shows them dipping out and leaving the man for other officers to handle. And yes, Warren’s body cam caught it all.
The whole situation came to light after a records request was filed. It’s not just the walking away; it’s the sheer lack of compassion. Meanwhile, other officers who later arrived at the scene actually tried to help, making Fraser and Warren’s actions look even worse.
This ain’t just about bad policing. It’s about a system that lets stuff like this slide. People are tired, frustrated, and demanding answers. St. Louis deserves better, and the community is making it clear this kind of behavior won’t be tolerated. Bigger question how many calls did these officers get dispatched to? How many times did this happen!?
